Zusammenfassung:	The present invention discloses a modified crumb rubber concrete with high wet packing density, and particularly relates to the field of green concrete. The modified crumb rubber concrete includes the following raw materials: a cementing material, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, water and a high-performance polycarboxylate-based water reducing admixture. The cementing material is ordinary Portland cement. The fine aggregate includes modified crumb rubber and natural river sand. The natural river sand having a particle size in a range of 2.36-4.75 mm is replaced by crumb rubber. The coarse aggregate is natural gravel. The present invention aims to obtain the modified crumb rubber concrete with a maximum packing density by optimizing a dry packing density of the coarse aggregate, a wet packing density of the fine aggregate containing the crumb rubber and the coarse aggregate, an optimal cement content. The modified crumb rubber concrete with a high wet packing density has smaller porosity, and significantly improved strength and durability.
