Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a method for preparing silver tetra(acetonitrile) hexafluoro antimonate (I). The method specifically includes subjecting antimony pentoxide and silver nitrate to a reaction in hydrofluoric acid, subjecting a filtrate to vacuum concentration to collect a solid crystal, and dissolving the solid crystal in anhydrous acetonitrile to obtain the silver tetra(acetonitrile) hexafluoro antimonate (I). The preparation method has a simple process, mild operating conditions and a short production cycle, and is suitable for mass production.
