Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a construction method for dry excavation of a sheet pile wharf in a highly permeable coastal stratum, including such procedures as reserving a 5 water cofferdam, lowering a water level, excavating a foundation pit, constructing a diaphragm wall, excavating a protective soil body, and dismantling the water cofferdam. Compared with a conventional dredging process, this method offers signiﬁcant improvements in operability, schedule guarantee, controllable quality, as well as economy and environmental protection, it is especially suitable for large-scale harbor 10 excavation in coastal areas with signiﬁcant water level ﬂuctuations and high soil permeability. It is high in construction efﬁciency, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly, with good economic beneﬁts.
