According to the present invention, by arranging a series of structures, it is convenient to filter large-particle impurities and purify micro-dust particles by water adsorption on sucked air in turn, reduce a disassembly frequency of a gas removal and purification lO assembly for cleaning, perform gas removal, filtration and purification of the filtered and purified air, and perform automatic deslagging and drying of a filter screen without a shutdown of the device. 15 (+ Fig. l)
