Zusammenfassung:A gradiometric device includes a patterned thin film structure on an insulating substrate, the thin film structure forming a loop on the substrate. The loop includes a first subloop and a second subloop, in which the first and second subloops are connected by a twisted connection, with a first inductive element being arranged within the first subloop. Optionally, the gradiometric device includes at least one second inductive element is arranged within the second subloop, and in the first subloop a line portion holding the first inductive element is parallel to a line portion holding the at least one second inductive element in the second subloop.
