The upperterminal part (2) comprises an intake- exhaust cover (4) and an upper exhaust channel (5) extending therethrough. The lowerterminal part (3) comprises a lower outer channel (9) and a lower exhaust channel (10) extending therethrough, wherein the upperterminal part (2) further comprises a connecting cover (6) comprising a lower end (6a) arranged to releasably receive the lowerterminal part (3), and an upper end (Gb) arranged for releasable threaded engagement with a lower end (4b) ofthe intake- exhaust cover (4), and wherein the lower exhaust channel (10) is arranged to releasably receive the upper exhaust channel (5).
