The sliding box is driven to slide along the test platform towards the baffle, and the baffle blocks the horizontal force gauge, so as to produce sliding displacement between the loading apparatus and the sliding box, and the frictional resistance between the soil sample and the concrete is displayed by means of the horizontal force gauge, thereby simulating the interactions between a box culvert, mudJ and. overlying' soil in. the box culvert jacking process.
