Zusammenfassung: | The present invention belongs to the technical field of hydrogel materials and particularly relates to a method for preparing fluorescent Au nanoclusters (AuNCs) composite hydrogel. According to the present invention, the size of AuNCs is increased by taking bovine serum albumin (BSA) as a crosslinking agent, the fluorescence intensity of the AuNCs is enhanced, by aggregation- induced emission, and this contributes to prolonging the in vivo circulation time of the AuNCs and playing roles. Moreover, as the BSA is a protein having a special structure and a unique property, 10 the BSA can keep good stability and water solubility within certain temperature and pH ranges. Therefore, the fluorescent AuNCs composite hydrogel product prepared by the present invention is stable in structure and good in water solubility. |
