Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are a device, bottle sleeve and bottle for temperature rise of a 'vaccine. The device includes a heating' member and 51 sealing member, where the heating member is provided with a closed reaction cavity, an air inlet is provided on the heating member, the reaction cavity is used for packaging a heating agent that can chemically react to release heat; and the sealing member is used for controlling opening and closing of the air inlet. The device is provided with the closed reaction cavity, the heating agent is packaged, in the reaction cavity, and air enters the reaction cavity by opening the sealing member, such that oxygen in the air reacts with the heating agent, to release heat and to increase the temperature of the vaccine. The device has convenient and rapid operation, controllable temperature of temperature rise of the vaccine, and a desirable temperature rise effect.
