The invention can reduce the damage probability of the surrounding rock and improve the engineering quality; by excavating a part of the guide groove and retaining the protective layer for a period of time, the excavation cost and the surrounding rock support cost are reduced; the construction workers don't have to expose to the surrounding rock after excavation for rushing to support, thus reducing the construction danger.
