The outertubular member (3) comprises an outer sleeve member (12) having a first end (13) attached to the outertubular member (3) and a second end (14) that projects away from the outertubular member (3), and wherein the outer sleeve member (12) is circumferentiaIIy arranged around a second outer insert end (11) ofthe outertubular member (3) and spaced apart therefrom, wherein a circumferential space (15) is provided between the outer s|eeve member (12) and the second outer insert end (11).
