Zusammenfassung:	The present invention pertains to the field of floating ocean energy equipment mooring technology, and in particular to a low stress mooring device suitable for use in a floating ocean energy device. Based on the traditional catenary mooring method, the present invention introduces the buoy and caisson system to form a "Z-shaped" mooring device, which provides a certain range of amplitude for the steel cable and avoids the fatigue damage caused by the continuous tension of the steel cable. The present invention uses a caisson and a buoy structure capable of performing gravity adjustment, so as to reduce the pre-tension of a steel cable during towing facilitate towing and installation.
