Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a 2D/3D switchable autostereoscopic display device which is optimized in that it exhibits reduced moire. This is performed by providing a 5 surface relief structure on a surface that is in contact with a liquid crystal switching medium. This results in scattering, which on its turn reduces moire. The amount of scattering can be influenced by varying an electric field that is applied to the liquid crystal medium. The invention further relates to a method for reducing moire in an autostereoscopic display device and to a method for manufacturing an 10 autostereoscopic display device.
