Zusammenfassung:Provides intelligent fabric sensor layer, preparation method thereof, and flexible fabric sensor. Preparation method comprises: mixing MWCNT after pretreatment with IPA dispersion, mixing PDMS with IPA dispersion separately and respectively, performing ultrasonic shock treatment, obtaining MWCNT solution and PDMS solution, followed by mixing, heating, and evaporating before obtaining mixture; adding curing agent in proportion to mixture and performing defoaming treatment, pouring mixture into PTFE tube before being heated to cure and mold; weaving mixed flexible nanocomposite material after being heated and cured into intelligent fabric sensor layer by braiding process. The application greatly improves dispersibility of flexible nano material made of MWCNT by adding IPA dispersion solution during preparing intelligent fabric sensor layer, and solves problem of easy agglomeration; and fabric-like strain sensor of the present application has characters of not easily being damaged and having high sensitivity
