Zusammenfassung:	The present disclosure provides a composite honey paste for dispelling effects of alcohol. The composite honey paste comprises the following components: honey and a liquid medicine component A, wherein the liquid medicine component A is mainly prepared by the 5 following steps: soaking Puerariae ,Radix, HOvenia acerba Lindl. seeds, Lycii Fructus and Crataegus _pinnatifida Bunge in water; decocting; removing residues; adding Ananas comosus, sugar oranges and white granulated sugar into the obtained filtrate; performing temperature-controlled fermentation by using saccharomycetes; lO heating and boiling; cooling; filtering to remove residues; and concentrating the obtained filtrate. The composite honey paste for dispelling the effects of alcohol provided by the present disclosure is an alcohol-effect-dispelling drink with a unique formula and good taste. Meanwhile, the composite honey paste for 15 dispelling the effects of alcohol provided by the present disclosure is simple in preparation method, medicinal and edible materials are used, the alcohol-dispelling effect is satisfactory, and the requirements of industrial production are met.
