Zusammenfassung:	The disclosure discloses a hybridoma cell line that secretes a monoclonal antibody against Mycoplasma mycoides cluster, the monoclonal antibody and its application. The monoclonal antibody against the Mycoplasma mycoides is obtained by mycoplasma culture and immunogen preparation, animal immunization, cell fusion, and positive hybridization tumor cells screening and cloning. The obtained hybridoma cell line secreting monoclonal antibodies against the Mycoplasma mycoides cluster is 5E5, which is deposited in the China Center for Type Culture Collection with the accession number C201972. The secreted monoclonal antibody against the Mycoplasma mycoides cluster can be used to distinguish Mycoplasma mycoides clusters from. bacterial/Viral pathogens. The hybridoma cell line of the present disclosure can secrete stable monoclonal antibody against the Mycoplasma mycoides cluster, which has good specificity and can effectively distinguish the Mycoplasma mycoides clusters from other common mycoplasma ruminants.
