Zusammenfassung:The present disclosure discloses development of a set of expressed sequence tag-simple sequence repeat (EST-SSR) markers related to Abelmoschus esculentus fruit colors, and a kit. The present disclosure provides primer sequences of 21 pairs of the EST-SSR 5 markers. In the present disclosure, simple sequence repeat (SSR) primers of differentially expressed genes (DEGs) of protein- protein interaction (PPI) are selected for screening, verification and use, to finally obtain 21 new EST-SSR markers with high typing success rate and desirable polymorphism; and the EST-SSR markers 10 are applied to genetic diversity evaluation of Abelmoschus esculentus germplasm resources. Meanwhile, in the present disclosure, molecular markers significantly related to fruit colors are mapped to provide an important tool for genetic improvement of Abelmoschus esculentus fruit colors in the future.
