Zusammenfassung:The present disclosure discloses a compound based on CRBN ligand to induce degradation of Tau protein, comprising a compound of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or hydrate thereof: wherein, n is an integer of l to 10. The present disclosure further discloses a method for preparing the compound, a pharmaceutical composition and an application in the preparation of drugs for preventing or/and treating neurodegenerative diseases.With the unique mechanism of inducing protein degradation, the compound of the present disclosure can reduce the dosage of drugs and alleviate toxic and side effects.
