An intelligent functional orthodontic appliance is provided. It includes an orthodontic body which has an orthodontic part (l) located on the dentition. A monitoring component (2) is located on the orthodontic body. The monitoring component includes a detection unit for detecting the information of the oral environment, a microprocessor, a clock chip, and a memory. The microprocessor is connected to the detection unit, the clock chip, and the memory, respectively, and the monitoring component is powered by a power module. The monitoring component can detect the patient's intraoral appliance wearing time, patients wear it effectively, thereby improving the orthodontic efficiency.
