Zusammenfassung: | The present invention belongs to the field of crop molecular biology and genetic breeding, it specifically relates to the establishment and application of specific molecular markers for chromosome 78b of Ae. bicornis. The base sequences of the chromosome-specific molecular markers of Ae. bicornis 7Sb are shown in the sequence list. The molecular markers established allow for effective detection of the presence of Ae. bicornis 7Sb chromosomes in wheat backgrounds. The established molecular markers can effectively detect whether the Aegilops bicornis 7Sb chromosome is contained in the wheat background. PCR amplification was performed using an Ae. bicornis 7Sb chromosome-specific molecular marker to detect or assist in the detection of the presence of Ae. bicornis 7Sb chromosomes in wheat background. The specific molecular markers obtained by the present invention can be used not only for the screening and identification of wheat-Ae. bicornis hybrid populations, it can also be applied to assist in the selection of new wheat lines/varieties resistant to stripe rust and powdery mildew to improve screening efficiency and shorten breeding time, which has positive industrialization value. |
