Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a swimming pool or tank with a movable floor, in which a drive for moving the movable floor is located in the swimming pool or tank interior space. The drive may be located in one wall or in two opposite walls of the swimming pool or tank. The drive may consist of a horizontal transmission shaft which is coupled, on the one hand, via a seal with an engine which is located outside the swimming pool or tank interior space, and, on the other hand, via a gearbox with at least one vertical screw shaft. Alternatively, the drive may consist of at least one engine which is coupled via a gearbox directly with a vertical screw shaft.
