Zusammenfassung:	A new liquid textile treatment composition contains 0.5 to 50% by weight of a first, dispersed phase. It consists of particles constituting a mixture of a) 25 to 99% by weight of virtually water-insoluble organic matrix material, b) 0.5 to 25% by weight of cationic material, and c) 0.5 to 50% by weight of a sensorially perceivable material. The phase is dispersed in 50 to 99.5% by weight of a second, aqueous phase. The composition preferably additionally contains a textile softener. The sensorially perceivable material is a material that is perceivable either visually or by the sense of smell or touch. The organic matrix material of the first phase can bring about a second, sensorially perceivable effect. To prepare the new textile treatment composition, the components of the first phase are melted together and then dispersed in the second, aqueous phase while still in the state of a melt.
