Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an orderly harvesting device for leafy vegetables, which comprises a frame, wherein the frame is provided with a harvesting mechanism, a conveying mechanism, a traveling mechanism and a collecting mechanism; the harvesting mechanism is a rotary cutter mechanism, which comprises the first mounting frame installed on the frame, a rotary cutter and a door-shaped bracket positioned above the rotary cutter; the conveying mechanism comprises a conveying belt which is provided with the first through hole; the traveling mechanism comprises a driving traveling wheel positioned behind the frame and a driven traveling wheel positioned in front of the frame; the collecting device comprises a guide plate located in the collecting box 5, one end of which is installed on the frame and the other end of which is connected to the collecting box. The invention is simple in structure, low in cost, convenient to operate and high in automation degree, and can be applied to orderly harvesting operations of leafy vegetables such as being close to the ground, small in plants and large in quantity, which not only reduces the late stage grading cleaning of the disordered harvesting of leafy vegetables, but also improves the yield and quality of the harvested leafy vegetables through harvesting with rhizomes, and prolongs the commercial marketability of leafy vegetables. In addition, in the invention, the influence of soil on the harvesting mechanism in the harvesting process is fully considered, so as to avoid that the transmission resistance of the cutter is increased or even stuck by the sediment during the chain transmission process, which leads to power consumption and reduces the service life of the chain and the cutter; besides, the invention can preliminarily treat sundries, muddy water and the like on harvested vegetables, thereby reducing subsequent work and labor intensity.
