The arms diverge at an acute angle from the intermediate piece and a wheel (5, 6) is secured to each free end. The middle region of each arm includes a side arm (17, 18) pointing towards the other arm, the free end of the side arm being provided with a fastener (19, 20) for securing to the hub of the back wheel of the bicycle.
