Press button assembly comprises operating part fixed to operating panel and switch part in apparatus at distance from panel

The press button assembly comprises an operating part (2) fixed to an operating panel (5) and a switch part (3) in the apparatus at a distance from the operating panel. The operating part comprises a housing (7) with a through passage (12) in which are fitted an operating key (20) and a slide piece (14). Opposite the switch part, the sliding piece has a pressure spring (24) and a pressure piece (26). The switch part has a connecting component (32) and opposite to the operating part a sealing component, such as a frame (36) with a sheet (40) or a cap, which prevent that fluid coming from the operating part reaches the connecting component. Under the influence of the spring, the pressure piece reaches the sealing component. When the key is completely pressed inwards the actuator of the connecting component is displayed and connects the connecting component.
