Fixed thin concrete plates (40,41) are flatly interconnected for connection and support of prefabricated components, in connection with road components as used for a road covering, tramway plates or rotund segment components. They enable very heavy traffic to pass over them. The releasable connecting edge in a vertical direction is provided on the underside with a relatively long straight part in order to prevent tipping and "floating". The fixing connection of the concrete plates can be by means of locally inserted dowels and/or in and out supports over the full width. A number of reinforcement networks (43,44,45,46) are also incorporated, as well as underlay components (37) (also known as "underlay cushions").
