The sensor cavity (3, 4) is separated from the through-flow channel by a semi-permeable medium (9). An analysis apparatus (1) for detecting substances dissolved in a liquid comprises at least one substance-specific sensor for bringing into contact with the liquid and a sensor calibration device for the sensor. The sensor and calibration device are located in cavities in a substantially solid casing containing a through-flow channel for the liquid being analyzed. The cavity for the sensor is separated from the through-flow channel by a semi-permeable medium and bordered elsewhere by at least one layer of electrically insulating material. |
