Zusammenfassung:	The connection is made to a flexible pipe (1) which has a spiral ridge on its outer diameter. A sealing sleeve, which is made from flexible material, and which has an inner contour which matches the outer contour of the pipe (1), is placed over the pipe. When assembled the sealing sleeve has a diameter which is at least 5% larger than it was before assembly. The second pipe (12) which is connected to the flexible pipe, has a smooth bore which fits over the sealing sleeve. The sealing sleeve has at least two radially extending annular ribs of triangular cross section with a tip angle of less tha 30 degrees. The ribs point backwards and form a seal in the smooth bore pipe.
