Zusammenfassung: | The harvestable portions of the crop such as bulbs, tubers etc., are accommodated between top and bottom nets (2, 3). These are separated from each other during growth. This can be done during the potting operation, and the nets can be held taut during this operation and also during the digging one. The bottom net can be stored on a first reel under tension and fed into the ground, while the top one is similarly fed into the ground from a second reel. The crop to be potted is inserted between the nets at the point where they are brought together. |
