Zusammenfassung:	This invention relates to a locking apparatus for securing tilting position of a fan neck (201) that is connected to a fan support (202) comprising a pin (101); and a positioning plate (102) attached to end portion of the fan support (202) adjacent to the fan neck (201), having one or more openings (103) for receiving the pin (101) at a selectable position along the positioning plate (102); wherein the fan neck (201) is formed with a hole (104) at its side portion for receiving the pin (101) that is already inserted through the opening (103) of the positioning plate (102) upon adjusting tilting position of the fan neck (201) with respect to the fan support (202).
