Zusammenfassung: | A method and system for secure electronic tendering comprises steps: create and publish, via a tender board client module (350), a tendering process on an e-tender server (260) by a tenderer which comprises a plurality of board members, where each board member is provided with a tender public key and a decryption key; participate, via a supplier client module (210), in the tendering process by a plurality of registered bidders, wherein the participated bidders are provided with a bidding private key and the tender public key; signcrypt, via the supplier client module (210), documents prepared by the bidders using the bidding private key and the tender public key, where the documents include at least one cover letter and at least one bid document; submit, via the supplier client module (210), the signcrypted documents to the e-tender server (260) by the bidders; evaluate, via the tender board client module (350), the submitted documents by the tenderer; and, send, via the tender board client module (350), decision letters to the bidders based on the evaluation, by the tenderer, characterised in that the submitted documents are evaluated by the following steps: retrieve, via the tender board client module (350), the document from the e-tender server (260) by the board members of the tenderer; and, unsigncrypt, via the tender board client module (350), the retrieved document by the board members providing their receptive decryption key simultaneously to the e-tender server (260) by using threshold unsigncryption process, to access information within the document. |
