Zusammenfassung: | The present invention provides a portable device for analysing biological impedance data of a subject or a segment of a subject�s body at multiple- frequencies, the device comprising: an analog front module 101 comprising: an instrumentation amplifier 20; and a current modification module 22; a power module 105; a controller 102 configured to be in communication with the power module 105; characterised in that: an impedance converter and measurement module 103 configured to be in communication with the power module 105 and the controller 102 comprising: a frequency generator 103a; a Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT) sub-module 24 executed by a Digital Signal Processor (DSP); and an analog-to-digital converter 103b being in communication with the frequency generator 103a; an at least one input device 104 in communication with the impedance converter and measurement module 103 adapted for receiving impedance response and sending signals to the impedance converter and measurement module 103 based on said response; and an output interface.
