Zusammenfassung:clamping device (10) for a bone-in limb meat (W) according to an embodiment includes a base portion (12), a pair of clamp pieces (14a, 14b) mounted to the base portion (12) and configured to hold a bone-in limb meat (W), and an orientation adjusting member (16) for adjusting an orientation of the bone-in limb meat (W), the orientation adjusting member (16) being mounted to the base portion (12) independently of the pair of clamp pieces (14a, 14b) and having an inclined surface (18) inclined at an acute angle with respect to a center line (C) between the pair of clamp pieces (14a, 14b). When the pair of clamp pieces (14a, 14b) are in an opened state, in a planar view, at least a part of the inclined surface (18) of the orientation adjusting member (16) is disposed so as to overlap a space (S) formed between the pair of clamp pieces (14a, 14b).
