Zusammenfassung: | The present invention provides an apparatus (100) to decellularize a biological tissue comprises: a pressure regulated chamber (105); a reactor (110) containing a decellularization solution in which the biological tissue is immersed, whereby the reactor (110) is placed in the pressure regulated chamber (105); an ultrasonic transducer (115) connected with an ultrasonic generator (120), is configured to transmit ultrasonic waves into the decellularization solution, for treating the immersed biological tissue; and a multiparameter sensor (125), arranged in the pressure regulated chamber (105), for collecting at least one parameter related to the decellularization solution. The apparatus (100) further comprises of: a control unit (140) configured to retrieve the collected parameters from the sensors (125) and check whether the retrieved parameters are within the pre-defined range, based on the parameters the control unit (140) is configured to trigger the ultrasonic generator (115) to automatically adjust its frequency and intensity of the ultrasonic waves to be generated.
