METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR CAPTURING FEEDBACK IN USER EXPERIENCE TEST

The present invention relates to an improved method and system for capturing feedback for a user experience test. The method comprises recording a computer screen and an audio broadcast during a computer session of the user experience test to generate a session video (100); collecting time stamp information (101); transmitting the session video and the time stamp information at a periodic interval to a server (102); identifying a silent period of the session video (103); determining a power distance status to which the respondent is associated based on the silent period thereof (104); converting the audio broadcast of the session video to a transcription text file (105); displaying the session video and the transcription text file to the respondent to obtain additional feedback (106); detecting a neutral feedback (107); and assigning the feedback to a heuristic group and a positive feedback group or a negative feedback (108). The system comprises a recorder unit (200), a textual feedback unit (201), a notes unit (202) and a test execution unit (203). (Figure 1)
