Zusammenfassung:A system for separation of CO2 from a high pressure gas stream is disclosed in the present invention. The system includes at least one gas-liquid contactor (3, 70, 105, 108, 200). The gas-liquid contactor (3, 70, 105, 108, 200) is configured to allow absorption of CO2 into a solvent at high pressure conditions. The solvent is injected into the gas-liquid contactor (3, 70, 105, 108, 200) via a liquid pump (8, 114). The system includes at least one gas analytical system and at least one liquid analytical system for measuring, analyzing and/or monitoring gas and liquid respectively within the gas-liquid contactor (3, 70, 105, 108, 200). A temperature controlled system controls and maintains temperature of the gas mixture and the solvent in the gas-liquid contactor (3, 70, 105, 108, 200).
