Zusammenfassung:There is disclosed a treatment apparatus used for solid-phase synthesis for synthesizing a nucleotide chain bound to a solid-phase resin, comprising: a vessel (101) made of a microwave-reflecting material, and having a lower portion with a discharge port (1011); an irradiation unit (102) configured to perform microwave irradiation into the vessel (101); a filter (105) located between the discharge port (1011) and a position from which microwaves are emitted by the irradiation unit (102), so as to partition the vessel (101), made of a microwave-transmitting material, and having multiple holes for separating the solid-phase resin from contents of the vessel (101); and a reflecting member (106) located between the filter (105) and the discharge port (1011), or between the filter (105) and the position from which microwaves are emitted by the irradiation unit (102), so as to partition the vessel (101), and configured to allow at least contents having passed through the filter (105) to pass through the reflecting member (106), and to reflect microwaves.
