Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a cutting method comprising a cutting step of cutting a workpiece material (2) with a cutting tool (3) to thereby form a through-groove in the workpiece material (2), wherein in the cutting step, the through-groove is formed in the workpiece material (2) by cutting the workpiece material (2) with the cutting tool (3) while contacting a cut-assisting lubricant (1) with the contact portion of the cutting tool (3) with the workpiece material (2) and/or the contact portion of the workpiece material (2) with the cutting tool (3), and the workpiece material (2) comprises a fiber reinforced composite material.
