METHOD OF PREPARING VIRTUAL MACHINE, METHOD OF MANAGING DOWNLOADING AND UPLOADING FILES AT VIRTUAL MACHINE AND SYSTEM THEREFOR

The present invention discloses a method of preparing a virtual machine (VM), a method of managing downloading and uploading files at VM and a system therefor. The system of the present invention implemented using a server system located at a layer external to the VM comprises an identity management module comprising a console operation template for preparing a VM having an identity profile that is based on the console operation template filled up with characteristics of the VM defined by the user and a mutual combined number derived from a sequential number from each console button that is joined end to end; an external database for storing data and information related to the VM including authentication credential information inputs including the identity profile, username and password for use in a verification process; and a policy advisor module comprising a priority rule defining a scale of priority levels for managing downloading and uploading files at the VM.
