The first side plate (21), the second side plate (22), the level winding guard (23), and the mounting.portion (25) are formed of a single member. The first side plate (21) has a thick portion (211) and a through hole (212). The thick portion (211) is formed in front of a spool (3) on an inside surface of the first side plate (21). The through hole (212) penetrates the thick portion (211) in an axial direction. In addition, the through hole (212) has an inner diameter larger than an outer diameter of the guide member. (FIG. 1)
