A drawer pull-out guide (4) including a first guide rail (11) and a second guide rail (10) displaceably supported relative to one another in a longitudinal direction (L) of the guide rails (10; 11) between a closed position and an open position. A guide body (23a) is supported between the guide rails (10; 11), and the guide rails are guidable relative to one another in a lateral direction in a mounted position of the drawer pull-out guide (4) by the guide body. At least one of the guide rails (10; 11) includes a protrusion bearing against the guide body in the open position of the guide rails (10; 11), so that at least in that region, in which the guide body (23a) and the protrusion (24a) bear against each other, the guide rails (10; 11) are arranged without clearance relative to one another in the lateral direction.
