PROBLEM: To provide a technique for improving storage stability, strength and workability during construction of a bitumen composition. MEANS TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM: The bitumen composition of the present disclosure comprises a styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer (SBS): 4.0 wt% or more and less than 6.0 wt%, a polycyclic diterpene of 20 carbon atoms with a carboxyl group: 0.5 wt% or more and 3.0 wt% or less, a petroleum resin: 0.5 wt% or more and 5.0 wt% or less, and the balance being constituted at least by a base bitumen containing 3.9 wt% or less of an aromatic oil, wherein the SBS has a 25% toluene solution viscosity of 2,500 mPa?s or more and 5,000 mPa?s or less, and the petroleum resin has a bromine number of 30 or less.
