Zusammenfassung:	This invention relates to a fan louver (100) that comprises a frame (101) having an opening; and at least one set of fins (102) pivoted within the frame (101) in which each set of fins (102) occupy a section of the opening, at least one of the sets of fins (102) is independently adjustable to rotate the fins (102) about their pivot points at the frame (101) to a position through an adjusting system. The fan louver (100) is applied to a fan through being detachably attached to a guard of the fan. (Figure 1)
