Zusammenfassung: | Provided is a method capable of determining a mixed refrigerant composition suitable for new feed conditions for a natural gas even after at least one of feed conditions for the natural gas changes. In creating a model, a simulation model is created based on operation data acquired from a natural gas liquefying apparatus when feed conditions for the natural gas are determined to obtain a liquefied natural gas cooled to a preset temperature from the natural gas liquefying apparatus. In calculating a UA value, a UA value of a cryogenic heat exchanger is calculated through execution of the simulation model. In preliminarily calculating, total power consumption is calculated through execution of the simulation model for a plurality of mixed refrigerant cases where a composition of the refrigerant components is different, under the new feed conditions for the natural gas. In determining a composition, a mixed refrigerant composition of a mixed refrigerant case where total power consumption per unit rate of the liquefied natural gas becomes smallest is set as a mixed refrigerant composition under the new feed conditions. |
