Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a fabrication process for cerium gadolinium oxide electrolyte membrane comprises steps to: dope cerium gadolinium oxide, using lithium nitrate, to prepare lithium doped cerium gadolinium oxide, wherein the lithium doped cerium gadolinium oxide in powder form; mix the lithium doped cerium gadolinium oxide with ceramic particles, solvent, binder and additives, to prepare lithium doped cerium gadolinium oxide electrolyte suspension; cast the prepared suspension on a flat plate, to form a thin film of lithium doped cerium gadolinium oxide precursor on the flat plate; and, sintering the lithium doped cerium gadolinium oxide precursor film in a tube furnace at a room temperature. The sintering of the lithium doped cerium gadolinium oxide precursor at the room temperature is increased to 1450 ?C at a predetermined rate and time interval, and the temperature is lowered back to the room back temperature at the predetermined rate and time interval, for densification of the cerium gadolinium oxide membrane. |
