Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides an oil blend which comprises at least two oils, each of which is any one of a natural oil or processed oil, where at least one of the oils has a reduced phyosterol level compared to said oil prior to reducing its phytosterol content. The oil blends are used inter-alia as fat ingredient/s of formulas, e.g. infant formulas and baby food, providing increased plasma cholesterol levels in subjects, e.g. infants, fed with same.
