Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to relates to a Kretschmann-based Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) biosensor for simultaneous biosensing detection. The biosensor comprising at least a first channel and a second channel wherein the first channel detects the presence of urea and the second channel detects the presence of creatine in a sample. The first channel and the second channel are affixed to a nano-laminated gold film with a 50 nm thickness wherein binding between urea and enzyme urease and binding between creatinine and enzyme creatinase in the first and the second channel, respectively, to produce a signal shift in the SPR biosensor using an angular interrogation technique.
