Zusammenfassung:A tire pattern determination device (20) is provided with: an image-capturing unit (20A) for continuously capturing images in a predetermined image-capturing range including at least a lower portion of the body of a traveling vehicle (A); an image-capturing control unit (202) for controlling the image-capturing unit (20A); and a tire determination unit (204) for determining the number of consecutively attached tires (T) of the vehicle (A) on the basis of the images of the vehicle (A) captured by the image-capturing unit (20A).
