Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a semi-automatic packaging apparatus (10) for use in evacuating air in an open-ended food product package and sealing the food product package. The semi-automatic packaging apparatus (10) comprises a pneumatic control means, a sealing means and structure of the machine. The pneumatic control means include a pressing unit (13) for evacuating the air in the open-ended food product package and a conveyor shifting unit (14) for controlling shifting process of the open-ended food product package to feed the open-ended food product package to the pressing unit (13). Further, the semi-automatic packaging apparatus (10) comprises a sealing means which includes a flat strip seal bar unit (17) for sealing the open-end of food product package by heat seal. The sealing means is integrated with a timer and is positioned parallel to the pneumatic control means to sequentially operate with the pneumatic control means.
