SKIN CLEANSER COMPOSITION

[Problem] To provide a skin cleanser composition, which has excellent cleansing power, resilience of foam, and persistence of foam, and excellent deodorizing power and persistence of deodorizing power, and gives excellent hydrating feel to skin after washing. [Solution] A skin cleanser composition, which includes (A) fatty acid salt, (B) at least one selected from the group consisting of highly branched cyclic dextrin and hydroxyalkylated cyclodextrin, in an amount of from 0.2% by mass to 10% by mass, and (C) at least one selected from the group consisting of an amphoteric surfactant and alkyl amine oxide, in an amount of from 0.3% by mass to 10% by mass, wherein a mass ratio (B/C) of an amount (% by mass) of the (B) at least one selected from the group consisting of highly branched cyclic dextrin and hydroxyalkylated cyclodextrin to an amount (% by mass) of the (C) at least one selected from the group consisting of an amphoteric surfactant and alkyl amine oxide is from 0.1 to 30.
